Ruysdael Website Package Descriptions
The package descriptions below provide information pertaining to each of the web design packages provided by Ruysdael Design. A description of each package along with its pricing is provided.
In many cases, you may find that a single package will not entirely suffice for your specific needs. For example, say you own a restaurant that sponsors some local baseball teams, and you want to post the stats of these teams on your website. You also want to post your menu, including the prices on all your meals. You'd like just a few web pages, but you need to keep them updated with the latest information. In this case, you would order the Basic Package ($250) and get up to five web pages set up with your restaurant's theme. The website would be "www.yourrestaurantname.com." Then you would order the Advanced Services Package, where our team would spend five hours of development time ($85 per hour) to create a "back-end" database that you can update as information becomes available. Ruysdael Design would take care of everything, including reserving your domain name. Total cost: $250 + 5 * $85 = $675. An annual renewal subscription would then be $150.
As another example, say you want to expand your restaurant website to include video clips of your teams' latest games. Order the Flash Video Package ($200) to get a video player that's branded with your restaurant's theme. Then order two hours from the "Basic Package Post-Deployment Service" ($80) to have Ruysdael Design add a page to your site for each of your sponsored teams. (The actual number of hours could be more or less, depending on the complexity of your site, but two hours would suffice in most cases.) These pages would be used to feature the videos. You can then upload your videos whenever they become available - we will show you how. Total cost: $280.

Businesses use Social Media to augment their Support department as well as provide meaningful information to their Marketing department. | Flash Video Package | $400 | Flash video can be embedded in just about any site, and thanks to Adobe, it's really quite easy to embed such videos. Embedding a video without any branding, however, robs you of a chance to put your brand right in front of customers where they will see it clearly. For example, you can change the viewer to look like a video screen is mounted on a wall within a picture of your restaurant. Or you can embed several videos on a rotating carousel that spins when the viewer moves his/her mouse over it. As a video rotates to the front, the viewer can click in its image and play the video.
